Processing time for orders
- It takes 1 – 2 days to process your orders before they can be shipped. However, if there are any unusual circumstances, we will notify you via email.
- We will send you an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time & Fee
We are currently unable to ship to US military sites. We sincerely regret any trouble this may create.
Shipping to multiple addresses in the same order is not supported.
The delivery time is estimated 5 – 7 business days (please keep in mind that there may be some delays during the holiday season).Shipping cost will depend on the total cost of your order. Kindly check the details as below

Tax
- We do not collect tax on any orders.
Shipping Delays
- If you have not received the item after 30 days from the date of the order, we will refund the full amount of your order. Please send an email with your order number and tracking number to the support team at support@ecomgroot.com. We will respond within 12 business hours.
- In case the tracking shows that the delivery is completed and you have not received your order, please check around your house/ apartment and ask if someone in your family received the package first and let us know if you need further assistance.

- We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
- When placing an order, please enter the correct shipping information. If you find an error with your order information, please contact us as soon as possible via support@ecomgroot.com. The orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days, so we cannot adjust the order information when the package is shipped out.
- Ecom Groot will not cover any destination region taxes or duty charges that may be incurred. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination region.
- Ecom Groot reserves the right to cancel the package and is not obligated to provide a refund if the customer refuses to accept the package.
